Finding qualified leads is tedious. You search Google Maps, click through websites, check if they're a good fit, copy their details into a spreadsheet — and repeat hundreds of times. Most businesses either burn hours on this or pay expensive data providers for stale lists.
I wanted a system that does all of this autonomously, runs 24/7, and delivers only the leads that are actually worth reaching out to.
I built an n8n workflow that chains together scraping, enrichment, AI scoring, filtering, and delivery into a single automated pipeline. Once configured for a niche, it runs continuously without any manual input.
The agent searches Google Maps for businesses matching the target criteria — industry, location, and keywords. It pulls names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, and website URLs.
For each business, the agent visits their website and scrapes key information — services offered, company size indicators, tech stack, and any other signals that indicate fit.
All collected data is fed to Claude API, which scores each lead from 1–10 based on relevance, potential deal size, and likelihood of needing the offered service. The AI provides a reasoning summary for each score.
Only leads scoring 5 or above pass through. This eliminates noise and ensures you only see prospects worth your time. The threshold is configurable per campaign.
Qualified leads are saved to a Google Sheet with all enriched data and AI scores. Simultaneously, a real-time Telegram alert fires with a summary — so you can act on hot leads immediately from your phone.
The system replaces hours of manual research with an always-on pipeline. Every lead that lands in your sheet has been vetted by AI, enriched with website data, and scored for relevance.
